Ruby S. McKim was an artist, author, businesswoman, wife and mother. A Parsons School of Design alumni, Art Supervisor for the Kansas City Public Schools, advisor to Child Life Magazine, Art Needlework Editor for Better Homes and Gardens, quilt block designer and publisher, and she was included in the first edition of Who's Who Among American Women.
