Shipping & Returns

We will ship to virtually any address in the world. Once you place an order, please estimate 2-3 weeks for delivery, although most Quilted in Clay jewelry and accessories will ship much faster. Delivery time is based on the availability of the items you choose. If you need an order expedited for a special occasion, please call us at 218-965-4621 between 8 am - 6 pm Central Standard Time.

Shipping is via standard USPS unless otherwise requested, and charges are based on the following sales volume levels:

To request shipping via Priority Mail or for International shipments, please contact us for a price quote. Please note: Minnesota residents must add 6.5% sales tax to the order.

*Quilted in Clay is closed at times during the year for retail shows and the occasional sanity saving vacation. Orders received during that time will be acknowledged immediately, and shipped within two weeks of our return to the office.

Returns & Exchanges

We appreciate your business and believe in honoring our customers’ requests. So, Quilted in Clay will accept returns on any items in their original condition within 15 business days of delivery and exchanges for up to 30 days – no questions asked.

If by chance an earring clasp or wire is defective, we will replace it at no charge to you. Other repairs or changes on Quilted in Clay jewelry and accessories will be completed for a nominal fee.
